The Survive the Dive certificate is an ideal overview of safety principles for underwater and dive boat management fundamentals for SCUBA divers, spearfishers and snorkelers.
The program consists of a repeatable quiz followed by final exam. Each quiz consists of 10 questions, randomly selected from the NZ Underwater knowledge base of diver and dive boat safety information.
The final exam includes 20 questions and requires an 80% pass-rate for success. Certificates are endorsed by the NZUA and are valid for two years.
